Do you install Navien boilers?
Yes. We install several major boiler brands and Navien is one of the most common in our portfolio. We size, install, commission, and document each install — and service them on a regular schedule afterward.
Can you put in-floor radiant heat into an existing basement?
Yes. Retrofit in-floor heat in a finished or unfinished basement is a regular project for us. We assess the floor assembly, design the loop layout, install the manifold, and tie it into your existing or new boiler.
How often should a boiler be serviced?
Once a year, before the heating season. A scheduled service catches the small problems while they are cheap to fix and keeps the system efficient.
